Board Opportunities

Are you interested in being a part of this ministry? We currently have two openings for Board Members. A member may be either lay or clergy, and a member of a congregation of either the ELCA or the LCMS. (Non-Lutheran members are  appointed by the Board.) A member should be a resident of the Southeastern area of the United States, either male or female, and over 21 years of age.

The full Foundation Board normally meets 6 times each year. Because of geographical and financial considerations, meetings are held by means of conference telephone calls, and almost always on a weekday evening at 8 PM Eastern, 7 Central Time.

Apart from the conference calls, much of the business of the Foundation is accomplished through the use of Email.
